Shipping

Most domestic orders are shipped UPS ground (2nd day to Hawaii). Other methods are occasionally used, including USPS Priority Mail (small items), truck freight (for very large items) and Fedex or UPS overnight at customer request.

International orders are shipped by Bax Global, UPS or DHL.

Returns/Refunds

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Returns are accepted up to 90 days from date of receipt, for refund or replacement. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Lincoln Land. A 20% restock fee, plus Lincoln Land’s shipping cost, will be charged unless the item is being returned as defective.

Your invoice or a copy of it must accompany the return. Note: On core returns customer is responsible for any shipping charges.

Any refund due will be in the form of the original payment, that is, if paid by credit card, a credit will be issued, if paid by check, you will be receive a check back by mail.
