If you find the need to return any items to us, please call for pre-approval. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice, as well as your contact information along with the item(s). Returned items must be shipped to Lincoln Land, Inc., 1928 Sherwood Street, Clearwater, FL 33765 freight prepaid. All items are subject to inspection prior to any credit being issued. All items must be returned as uninstalled. Any item found to be tampered with will void any warranty, expressed or written, and will be denied credit. No exchanges or returns on any item over 30 days from date of original invoice. Items ordered in error, or returned for reasons outside of Lincoln Land's control are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and/or crating charges are non-refundable in all cases. Credits are issued in the same manor as the original payment. Credits will be issued within 30 days, due to billing cycles, it may take several cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
